MMO’s Blog!

Hello everyone! Here is the MMO blog. With this setup we can, in addition to communicating with each other, can add tune lists, pictures, video snippets and, you’ll notice on the right, we can even do “polls” and have people respond right in the blog. I've got it set up as a “private” blog so only MMO members that are invited to the blog and sign up can view or post. Let me know what you think :o)

Great idea! I look forward to seeing other folks tune lists - things like tunes they use to warm up with, things they recommend as technique builders, etc.

Right now, I'm smitten with The Red Crow and East Neuk of Fife from the Portland Collection Vol. 2!

Also, after hearing the quartet play Bach's little fugue in G minor, I went and located a version for 2 instruments. That's a fun technique builder!

I am on board. I am on a number of political List serves which seem to work the same as this. Yahoo is the host of most of the Political Lists I am on but that changes every so often.

Ronda, thanks for setting this up! I must admit I'm not much of a blogger, but this will give me an excuse to improve my blogging skills.

I like Dotty's idea of sharing practice techniques etc. My current MMO practice technique is to take the mando out of it's case at 6:55 on Mondays and play with the orchestra. Hopefully as fall comes my schedule will allow more actual practice time and I can add more to this topic.

This is really cool, and thanks for setting this up, Ronda. I received another "invitation" today from "Admin" which reminds me that I didn't respond to the first invitation from Ronda to contribute.

I'll start a new thread.

Blog out.
